The Inclusion Health Check is a free assessment tool which evaluates gaps in an organisation’s inclusion policies and practices. Insights are gathered using a set of 60 detailed questions, focusing on critical areas, such as representation, people management and conduct.

Once the questionnaire is submitted, you will receive a comprehensive evidence-based report, which identifies specific gaps and biases, provides key recommendations for inclusion strategies and uncovers specific areas needing targeted improvement.
