What are bolt-on hours?

Bolt-on hours can be purchased with any paid package and are ideal for when you need a few extra hours! Head to ‘My Package’ in your account section where you have the option to upgrade your package to another tier or purchase bolt-on hours if you’re running low!

What payment methods are accepted?

Only card payments are accepted. We use Stripe to process the payment who support several of the major card brands. Once a purchase is made, an invoice receipt will be emailed over to you for your records.

How can I upgrade my subscription package?

If you wish to upgrade your plan then head to the ‘My Package’ section in your account. There will be two options – either to upgrade your package or to purchase bolt-on hours.

How long is my subscription?

Your subscription will last 12 months and will automatically renew. Please note that when you come to the end of your subscription, any hours remaining cannot be carried over into the next subscription year.

Do you offer e-learning as part of a package?

We don’t provide e-learning as we have not seen any impact from this type of learning method. Instead, we offer informative Bitesize Learning Videos and Toolkits which work well as part of a blended approach.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hope this doesn’t happen! But if you’re looking to cancel, then head to ‘My Package’ in the account section and click the ‘Cancel auto-renew’ button. Please note the subscription will auto-renew if you haven’t selected this button.
