Can I carry any unused hours over into the next subscription year?

All hours need to be used within the year. Any unused hours will not be carried over to the following year.

Who is eligible for a subscription package?

We won’t make you jump through hoops to benefit from our subscription packages as we believe they should be available to all organisations. Any organisation (we currently don’t cater to individuals!) looking to keep their ED&I journey evolving can take advantage by subscribing. No gatekeeping here!

Can I customise the training?

No, all content is off-the-shelf and cannot be customised. Rest assured all content is created by our EDI Specialists so all key aspects are covered. If you are looking for bespoke people development solutions, visit RightTrack Learning.

What are the subscription packages available?

We’re glad you asked! We have four packages available; Free, Standard, Enhanced and Premium. There are a range of resources, toolkits, bitesize learning videos and hours to use on live-virtual workshops, webinars, consultancy or coaching within these separate packages. Have a look at the different tiers available here.

Do you offer anything else beyond training?

Yes! In each of the paid packages, you will subscribe to a certain number of hours, with the option to also purchase bolt-on hours. Those hours can be allocated towards workshops, webinars, consultancy or coaching. We also provide training resources such as guides, bitesize videos and toolkits.

Can I record any of the live-virtual sessions?

Unfortunately not. We work hard to create safe spaces within our sessions so everyone feels comfortable to contribute and engage with the topic and discussions. If the sessions are recorded, delegates may not get the most out of the session. We also need to protect our Intellectual Property and ensure we are being GDPR compliant.
