How do I change my subscription payment details?

All you need to do is go to the ‘Payments’ section in My Account where you will find a link to update your payment details via Stripe.

How long is my subscription?

Your subscription will last 12 months and will automatically renew. Please note that when you come to the end of your subscription, any hours remaining cannot be carried over into the next subscription year.

Do you offer e-learning as part of a package?

We don’t provide e-learning as we have not seen any impact from this type of learning method. Instead, we offer informative Bitesize Learning Videos and Toolkits which work well as part of a blended approach.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hope this doesn’t happen! But if you’re looking to cancel, then head to ‘My Package’ in the account section and click the ‘Cancel auto-renew’ button. Please note the subscription will auto-renew if you haven’t selected this button.

Log in with your account details and simply head over to the particular workshop, webinar, consultancy or coaching session you’re looking at booking. How much do your diversity and inclusion subscription packages cost?

We offer a range of packages starting at £3,500 per year, all the way to £12,500 a year to suit different budgets, company sizes and needs. Please note this is excluding VAT. Have a look at the packages and prices available here.

Can I carry any unused hours over into the next subscription year?

All hours need to be used within the year. Any unused hours will not be carried over to the following year so make sure you use these before your annual subscription ends or renews!

Who is eligible for a subscription package?

We won’t make you jump through hoops to benefit from our subscription packages as we believe they should be available to all organisations. Any organisation (we currently don’t cater to individuals!) looking to keep their ED&I journey evolving can take advantage by subscribing. No gatekeeping here!

Can I customise the training?
