What are bolt-on hours?

Bolt-on hours can be purchased with any paid package and are ideal for when you need a few extra hours! Head to ‘My Package’ in your account section where you have the option to upgrade your package to another tier or purchase bolt-on hours if you’re running low!

How can I upgrade my subscription package?

If you wish to upgrade your plan then head to the ‘My Package’ section in your account. There will be two options – either to upgrade your package or to purchase bolt-on hours.

How long is my subscription?

Your subscription will last 12 months and will automatically renew. Please note that when you come to the end of your subscription, any hours remaining cannot be carried over into the next subscription year.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hope this doesn’t happen! But if you’re looking to cancel, then head to ‘My Package’ in the account section and click the ‘Cancel auto-renew’ button. Please note the subscription will auto-renew if you haven’t selected this button.

Who is eligible for a subscription package?

We won’t make you jump through hoops to benefit from our subscription packages as we believe they should be available to all organisations. Any organisation (we currently don’t cater to individuals!) looking to keep their ED&I journey evolving can take advantage by subscribing. No gatekeeping here!

What are the subscription packages available?

We’re glad you asked! We have four packages available; Free, Standard, Enhanced and Premium. There are a range of resources, toolkits, bitesize learning videos and hours to use on live-virtual workshops, webinars, consultancy or coaching within these separate packages.
